How to purchase images on this site

All images on this website are copyrighted.
 Any copying, usage and/or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Searching

> We have endeavored to create an easy to search database for our growing collection of images. As you can see there are numerous categories to browse. You can also enter keywords in the search box to narrow your choices. We have embedded keywords into all the image collections to respond to more selected searches. The scope of your search results is determined by your selection of keywords.

The Lightbox

> The Lightbox is YOUR collection of images. You may add up to 30 images to your lightbox. They will be held for 30 days. If you wish to purchase an image that is in your lightbox, click on the thumbnail to view the enlarged image. Select the items that you want to purchase and click on the "add to cart" button.

Shopping Cart

> The shopping cart displays your order details, if you wish to delete an image from your order before proceeding to checkout, simply hit the remove link on the right side.

Checking out

> You will need to login to checkout your order. If you are new to the site click the "new user" link and create a login name and password. This information is stored so that you can return to the site and so that we can review your order.

> We utilize PayPal for online payments. We also accept cash, personal or cashier's checks and money orders. If you do not want to utilize our on-line ordering system please Download Individual Order Form.  Instructions:  Complete order form in detail and either email completed form to aaron@anagataphotos.com or send order form to A NAGATA PHOTOS P.O. Box 1053 Kealakekua, Hawaii  96750 (message) mail orders will be processed as soon as they are received.  Be sure to include payment with your order.  Make checks payable to A NAGATA PHOTOS.   Please direct any questions to aaron@anagataphotos.com

> Some images are available as digital files which can be downloaded.  All digital files, whether for web use or print use are "RIGHTS MANAGED"  Our Terms as follows:

Web usage

> Certain files are available upon request.  Permission must be obtained first before publication.  A NAGATA PHOTOS is willing to share photos to non-profit groups, organizations, and personal web pages.  Any registered, copyrighted photos exclusive to A NAGATA PHOTOS cannot be used as an income generating tool without the written consent of A NAGATA PHOTOS.  Newspaper/Magazine publications are subject to independent contractor fee's between the intended Newspaper/Magazine publication group and A NAGATA PHOTOS

Print usage

>Any print/image downloaded from this website is subjected to copyright laws and owned by A NAGATA PHOTOS.  Reproduction for personal use is allowed.  If a higher resolution is required, contact A NAGATA PHOTOS to make your request.  These requests are subject to appropriate charges.

Product Return Policy

> If for any reason you are not satisfied with a print order, we will refund 100% of your order upon its return to us in the condition that it was received. Return shipping charges are your responsibility. You must contact us prior to any return and we will give you specific return instructions. If your order is delivered damaged, it is your responsibility to contact the shipper. IMPORTANT: Save all packing materials. Failure to do so can cause the shipper to deny your claim.
